BusinessPhDs（以下称“本站”，网址 businessphds.com）提供商科期刊文献的检索与浏览服务。本政策说明本站收集哪些信息、如何使用和保存，以及你可以如何管理这些信息。

1. 我们收集的信息

• Gmail 登录。通过 Google 登录时，本站从 Google 获得你的邮箱地址、显示名称、头像链接和 Google 账号标识。本站只申请 openid、email、profile 三项基本权限，不会读取你的 Gmail 邮件、通讯录、云端硬盘或其他任何 Google 数据。
• 邮箱验证码登录。你填写的邮箱地址。首次用验证码登录即以该邮箱创建账号；同一邮箱用 Gmail 登录时归入同一账号。
• 机构认证（自愿）。你选择的所在机构（名称来自 ROR 全球研究机构注册库）、用于接收验证码的学校邮箱、认证结果，以及你写给管理员的留言。不认证也可以正常使用本站。
• Key 申请。申请访问时填写的姓名或备注。Key 本身只以不可逆的摘要形式保存，本站不保存 Key 原文。
• 登录与安全记录。登录状态 Cookie、防跨站请求的安全 Cookie，以及首次登录、最近登录和审核的时间。为防止滥用，本站按 IP 地址的不可逆摘要统计请求频率，不保存 IP 地址原文。
• 浏览器本地设置。日间或夜间显示模式只保存在你的浏览器中，不上传到本站。

2. 信息的用途

上述信息只用于以下目的：让你登录并保持登录状态；核实你填写的机构，审核机构认证与 Key 申请；防止批量抓取、反复试探等滥用行为；回复你的咨询。本站不将你的信息用于广告或营销，也不出售或出租给任何人。

3. 信息的共享

本站不向第三方提供你的个人信息，但以下提供服务所必需的情形除外：

• Google 处理 Gmail 登录，适用 Google 隐私权政策；
• Cloudflare 在登录与申请页面提供人机验证（Turnstile），会处理你的浏览器与网络信息；
• 邮件服务商 Resend 向你填写的邮箱发送登录或机构认证验证码；
• 账号数据保存在 Google Cloud 提供的云数据库中，网站服务器位于中国香港；
• 法律法规要求本站提供时。

本站对通过 Google API 获得的信息的使用和传输，遵守 Google API 服务用户数据政策（Google API Services User Data Policy），包括其中的有限使用要求。

4. 谁能看到你的账号信息

你的邮箱、登录方式、登录时间，以及机构认证的机构、学校邮箱和留言，只有本站管理员在管理后台可以看到，其他用户看不到。

5. 保存期限

• 账号与申请信息在账号存续期间保存；
• 邮箱验证码 15 分钟内有效，验证成功后立即删除；
• 登录状态最长保留 14 天，退出登录时立即失效；
• 请求频率记录在统计时段结束后失效。

6. Cookie

本站自身只设置登录和安全所必需的 Cookie，不使用广告或统计类 Cookie。

7. 你的权利

• 你可以要求查阅、导出或删除你的账号信息，本站会在 15 个工作日内处理；
• 你可以随时在 Google 账号的“第三方应用和服务”设置中移除本站的登录授权。

8. 未成年人

本站面向高校和研究机构的研究人员与学生，不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童，也不会有意收集其信息。

9. 政策更新

本政策更新后会在本页公布，并修改上方的更新日期。

BusinessPhDs (businessphds.com) is a search service for business journal literature. When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address, name, profile picture and account identifier (the openid, email and profile scopes). We never access your Gmail messages, contacts, Drive or any other Google data. When you sign in with an emailed code, we keep only the address you enter. If you choose to verify your institution, we also keep the institution, the institutional address that received the code and any note you leave. We use this information only to sign you in, verify institutions, review access key applications and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell or share it, except with the providers that run sign-in, bot checks and email (Google, Cloudflare and Resend). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
